Nattuchanda (nattuchanda.in) delivers across India through trusted courier partners. This policy explains how and when your order reaches you.

Delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 working days across India, depending on your location and the courier network. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated from the package weight and your delivery location. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page or in My Account.

Payment options

You can pay online (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay) or choose Cash on Delivery where it is available for your pin code.

Delivery attempts

• Please enter a complete address and a working phone number. The courier may call before delivery.
• If delivery fails because of a wrong address, an unreachable phone or a refused parcel, the order is returned to us. We may charge the shipping cost to send it again.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusals may lead us to disable Cash on Delivery for your account.

Delays

Weather, festivals, strikes or courier issues can delay delivery. We will help you track the order and resolve any problem.

Damaged or wrong item received

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or a video. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
