Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nattuchanda. We value your business and strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds below:

1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 62352 49176 for immediate cancellation.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

2. Return Window

  • We offer a 3-day return policy. You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your item. Due to our dropshipping model, requests made after this period cannot be accepted as per our supplier agreements.

3. Damages and Issues (Mandatory Unboxing Video)

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us immediately.

  • Requirement: To process a claim for a damaged or wrong item, a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the removal of the outer courier packaging is strictly required. Without this video, we cannot process a replacement or refund.

4. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items such as personal care goods, hygiene-related products, and items on "Clearance Sale" are non-returnable.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfer once you provide the necessary account details.

6. Return Shipping

  • Please do not send the item back to the address on the package. Contact us on WhatsApp first; we will provide you with the specific Warehouse Return Address.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
