Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nattuchanda. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Kerala: 2–5 business days.
• South India: 4–7 business days.
• Rest of India: 5–10 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or courier service interruptions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message via WhatsApp or Email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across India. Please ensure you are available to receive the package and have the exact amount ready for the courier partner. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in a permanent ban from our store.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nattuchanda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Nattuchanda is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if not reported immediately. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
